Have you ever heard the quote "Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?”

Maybe you knew it was from poet Mary Oliver, but did you know it's from her poem called "The Summer Day?" Gosh that makes me love it even more, and I think it's the most Natural Time of the year to ask ourselves that question.

This episode is a replay of our 2025 Summer Solstice celebration inside the Wild Wellness Women's Circle, and I'm sharing it here to inspire you to live your one wild and precious life this Summer.

Whether you believe we have just one lifetime or many, you still only have this one summer as this age that you are, with your kids at the age they are, with the circumstances and Season of your life being exactly what it is right now.

Press play to hear:

  • Mythological stories and traditions for celebrating Litha, the Summer Solstice

  • What Nature is modeling for us in Summer: fertile expansion, full expression, and mature power
  • Honoring the paradox of turning: as we reach the peak of sunlight, we start heading toward the dark half of the year
  • How to avoid deathbed regrets by avoiding bedtime regrets
  • Marking the significance of this halfway point in the year in your own Life
