If you've ever looked at a coaching fee and immediately divided it by the number of sessions, you're not alone. It's the most common pricing question I hear, and it's also the one that misses the point.

Today I’m taking a look at what you're really paying for when you hire a business coach (or any expert). Because the hour you can see is rarely the product. The product is the thinking, the context, the preparation, the follow-up, and the experience that sits behind it.

I share a real example of a client who needed help fast, and how I spent hours inside their numbers before our first official session even happened. That's the work. It's why I cap one-on-one clients, and it's why how many sessions do I get? is such a boring question.

If you sell your expertise, this episode will help you stop pricing the visible hour and start valuing the invisible work, access, and judgment your clients are actually buying.
