This summer we asked a couple of The Podcast Made Flesh listeners to help us with practices and prayers that help to refocus our hearts, minds AND bodies. This prayer was written and led by Jenica Groot-Nibbelink, Campus Minister at Fanshawe College in London, ON. Jacqui and Jenica recorded it long-distance but were able to share the sounds of nature, being serenaded by the birds.
