On this Valentine's Day I'm remembering and honoring my late grandmother Apple, a feisty Virgo ballroom gown designer turned holistic woo lady who inspired me to step back onto my healer path when she left the earth.

I also share about unhealed ancestors who block us in our abundance not because they have beef with us but because they need help too...and how helping them can give us back our freedom in a multitude of ways.
