In 1994, a young college student who tragically lost a friend to drunk driving advocated for the safety of other young people to make it home safely after a night of partying. However, on a warm sunny night in July 1994, her life would be taken by something she advocated against... drunk driving. Even worse for her family though, was that although the person who took her life cooperated with the investigation at first... they would eventually change their mind and lead people on a decades long search to bring them to justice.
