Clean my space - instant clear headspace
Have a good talk with a friend. Call or facetime someone if you can’t see them in person. We need connection now more than ever
Cuddle up under a blanket with a warm coffee, hot chocolate, or tea w/ some candles lit!
Work out. I always feel amazing and so energetic afterwards for the whole day!
Take a walk & listen to music. Get some fresh air
Find a new recipe & cook for myself. Get the music going, wine flowing, etc
Remind myself what i’m grateful for, everything i have to be proud of, and that not every day has to be great & productive. Taking little breaks for you-time is essential!
