Cashflow positively. Within minutes, they found it live in the room - a block of five apartments on Rightmove. That was Thursday at noon. By Friday at 16:29, contracts had been exchanged. A deal sourced, assessed, funded and secured in just 28 hours. But this story is about far more than one deal. When Umesh joined Property Entrepreneur in 2022, he had already founded Moneyrow Properties. He had a product and a brand, but he didn't yet have the Blueprint for how to build and scale it.
