Brian is back!  What frustrates you may just be yourself. Open yourself to hearing other opinions and change your mind about your ingrained attitudes. The only way to effect a change is to have an understanding of the entire issue.

Whether it be personal, business, appraisal, social issues, or anything, the only person you can change is yourself. Do that and find more happiness and success.
