They are also a Somatic Parts Work practitioner and that’s the main focus of our chat. Jana shares their knowledge and experience in the practice of Internal Family Systems and Parts Work, and how they weave so beautifully with Astrology. We talk about the theory of it all, and then actually put it into practice with some examples from both of our charts. It’s absolutely magical if you ask me!
