Happy Mindset Monday!

I thought my heart was open. Five days with Pearly Montague taught me it wasn't.

Pearly is a TEDx speaker and healer who works with people around the world. After a near-death experience, she developed what she describes as a rare form of synesthesia, the ability to see trauma held in the body in colors and structures. She's collaborated with doctors like Zach Bush and Dr. Nasha Winters.

This is one of the most personal conversations I've had on the show.

In this episode:

Why the inner work comes before the outer work

How Pearly describes trauma stored in the body and passed down generationally

Would you let others speak to you the way you speak to yourself?

Choosing connection over convenience

My knee story and the stories our bodies keep telling

Happiness as a byproduct, not a goal

The gratitude and movement practices Pearly leans on
