#388: Alizée Wyckmans is the COO at Le Botaniste, the organic, plant-based, carbon-neutral restaurant and wine bar that opened its first location in Ghent, Belgium, in 2015 and now operates across Belgium and New York City.
Alizée has been part of Le Botaniste's growth for years, moving through roles including Brand and Sustainability Manager and Brand Director before stepping into her current Chief of Staff position. A graduate of the Institute of Culinary Education, she brings together a background in food, brand-building, and sustainability strategy; helping steer a company that was among the first restaurants to achieve CO2-neutral certification and that plants its own forest to offset its footprint.
