After leaving an abusive relationship and taking a trip to Costa Rica, Cassandra Wilder realized that she had to pursue a calling that would take her beyond her job in law enforcement. So she put in her two weeks notice, sold all her belongings, and set about a 4 month journey through Central America to learn more about herself and the world of nutrition, and naturopathic medicine. When she returned to the US, she decided to pursue a doctorate degree and start her own practice.
