Baby Michael was found on the side of the road in a trash bag back in March 1999. He was less than 24 hours old and still had his umbilical cord attached. His cause of death was blunt force trauma from being thrown from a moving vehicle. The sheriff dept never gave up on finding who was responsible and have finally done just that.
