Frank kicks things off by sharing real hard data from his 765 PRC pressure testing project with Hornady and Sierra — including what ten-shot groups loaded with standard off-the-shelf dies actually looked like — and why the difference between those groups and what a $400 custom die set produces might be smaller than you think. They dig into reloading die selection, shoulder bump, neck tension, small base versus full-length sizing, and what the data actually says about brand loyalty when it comes to brass.
The conversation then moves into chamber anatomy — throat diameter, forcing cone angles, freebore, and what "match chamber" actually means (and doesn't mean) when you're ordering a barrel.
