Birth story of my daughter PART 1

Welcome back! It's been a while since I released a podcast, and that's because I went and had a baby! 

I want to share with you the beautiful birth story of my daughter Zia. (I was 16 days past due)

I definitely tear up a few times. It was an emotional yet empowering experience, and plenty of lessons learned. 

This is Part 1, and Part 2 will be released next week.
