Jane set out to transform the beauty industry when she started Julep — and by its 10 year anniversary the company was bringing in just under $100 million in revenue. But to truly thrive as a business leader she had to stop thinking of time as an enemy. That only happened when she realized that she had the power to slow things down and give her employees the space to be themselves. And she is applying all these lessons as CEO of her new company, Tokki.
