In this episode, we examine the shift in social media platforms used to engage with the Microsoft 365 community. We review the changes in the use of different platforms throughout the years, identify what has been effective in the past, and discuss modifications to enhance interaction with other community members and improve the visibility of our messages. Additionally, we address the transition from long blog posts to microblogging and video-based content on our social media platform.
