As the Chair of the New York Production Alliance, Flo is in a unique position to be voice of the unified film and television industry in New York State. Flo took time to discuss her career in the film & television industry, as well as the importance of her role with NYPA. Flo also discussed the importance of the film tax credit in making New York such an attractive spot for production companies and independent film makers.
