I'm not an Olympic Gold medallist like my guest today, Sally Gunnell, but we do have one thing in common - we both grew up on a farm. We chatted about the sense of responsibility this gave us and motivation to get up every day and keep trying to succeed along our different paths. It was a true honour to talk to someone so successful yet so grounded about when to step up and when to step back. Let's get listening!
