Katrina is the Founder & Director of Kendall Bailey, a group of investment companies in York. Since founding her first property investment company over 7 years ago, Katrina has built a million-pound group of companies & property portfolio from scratch, after a 5-year career as an award-winning international Sales & Marketing Manager.  


Her primary company, Kendall Bailey, is now a successful handsfree business and Katrina now spends her spare time educating and supporting others to achieve their personal time and financial freedom goals using a specific property investment strategy. 


Her newest company, Kendall Bailey Acquisitions, purchases properties in York and transforms them into high-end, Boutique shared houses.
