In this opening session of our "Living From the Future" series, we explore a powerful shift in perspective: moving from being "historians" of our past to active participants in our "becoming." While we are often taught to define ourselves by our history - our wounds, mistakes, and successes - God invites us to look toward the possibilities He is revealing.

*In this session, we discuss:*

* Faith as a Forward-Looking Force: Exploring Hebrews 11:1 and how faith points us toward the "unseen" and the "emerging." * The Power of Imagination: Why God took Abraham outside to look at the stars, and how our imagination is the place where God expands our capacity to perceive. * Breaking the Cycle of Yesterday: Learning how the past can inform us without limiting the possibilities of our tomorrow. * The Planter’s Perspective: Understanding that while we see a seed or a sprout, God sees the fullness of the "mighty oak" He has already prepared.

This teaching includes a guided reflection designed to help you quiet the noise of the past and begin to hear the "whisper" of what is emerging in your life right now.
