In this episode I had the pleasure of interviewing special guest Shahroo Izadi; behavioural change specialist and author of ‘The Kindness Method’ and ‘The Last Diet’. We spoke about why habits are so difficult to change, why kindness and self compassion are key when building positive changes and a little about her new book the last diet. I found it so interesting talking to Shahroo and understanding some of the triggers that affect our habits and moods.
