It's just 3 more weeks until the new year. If I eat like crazy this holiday season, quit working out, and lay low-  it's okay, because I'll bounce back in 2022 and hit all my goals. Next year is my year. 

 

Next year, I'm going to eat healthier, take care of myself, and finally lose the weight.
