Weight loss is not just about weight loss.

It's also about sustainability. You can be a pro at losing 20 pounds all day long, but if you aren't able to KEEP those 20 pounds off, it doesn't actually mean anything. 


Sustainability is the other piece to the weight loss pie.

 

Your weight loss should be simple habits that you can stack each and every day that lead to big wins month over month… Consistency is the name of the game. Don't waste your time (or your effort) getting results that you don't actually get to enjoy forever.
