We talk about the necessity of grieving together, the challenges of feeling such a strong emotion and how numbness often arises. We discuss how radical it is to just be with emotions without trying to fix them in a culture that has normalized not feeling and the necessity of coming together in non-judgemental, non-fixing compassionate spaces.
