This weeks guest Anthony Brightly is a member of band Black Slate; early pioneers of the UK based Roots Reggae scene alongside the likes of Steel Pulse, Misty In Roots and Aswad. With stand out records such as 'Sticks Man' and 'Amigo' ensuring their performance on UK hit TV music show, “Top of the Pops.”
2 million world wide sales led to the band touring with legendary artistes including Peter Tosh, Jimmy Cliff, and The Wailers.
To add to his accolades he took over his fathers sound system Sir George, established himself as a solo artist and featured many great artists such as Ken Boothe and Carroll Thompson.
