On the morning of January 15, 1947, a mother taking her child for a walk in a Los Angeles neighborhood stumbled upon a gruesome sight: the body of Elizabeth Short. From a traumatic childhood of her father faking his death to struggles of chasing her dreams, and to the tragic ending of her life - Elizabeth’s story has become the infamous case of “The Black Dahlia.”
