In this episode, the trigger I'm using is walking on crunchy snow.

Disclaimer - I'm not really walking - just stepping in place outside my car because I didn't want to carry my computer with me.  But once I find my apple adapter that lets you plug into the lightning port, I will try to taking an actual walk with a microphone clipped to my pant leg.
