In 1986 a body was discovered frozen in a sheet of ice in a secluded woodland in Wisconsin. In 1985, More than 1,200 miles away a young man disappeared from Daytona Beach, Florida. A month later his car was found abandoned near a bus station in Atlanta- leaving all his identification and credit cards behind.
