He's one of the most visible faces in all of Tampa Bay. He's been a high level radio personality for years now. He's part of the group that brought us the Loud On 7th Music Festival. The name BUCKWHEAT O'TAY carries weight and it's well deserved. We talked about the ascension of a country boy who had no fear in attacking life.
