Well before the box office dominance (or even existence) of the MCU, Wesley Snipes was kicking vampire ass as Marvel’s Blade.  With apologies to Howard the Duck, this stylish flick was the first successful comic book movie not called Batman or Superman, and it paved the way for The Matrix, Underworld, and every other black leather and sunglass-clad action film to follow.
