No Action Man: Burnham continues to clutch at vibes in 'ratty' PMQs

Dela

In Wednesday’s episode of The Daily T, Camilla Tominey and Tim Stanley analyse Andy Burnham’s defence of his record in office at Prime Minister’s Questions where he spoke about the Government’s decision to approve the Jackdaw project in the North Sea. The pair also look at the Speaker of the House of Commons’s scathing attack on Miatta Fahnbulleh, the Energy Secretary.

Next, Camilla and Tim discuss The Telegraph’s report on the anti-Semitic views of an NHS doctor selling “Palestine Poppy” badges, and how Jonathan Powell, the national security adviser, has come under fire over his wife Sarah Helm’s comments relating to Palestine Action, a proscribed terrorist group. Camilla also speaks to Sir David Bell, the former Ofcom chief inspector, who commissioned a review into anti-Semitism in schools, as it was revealed three in five Jewish students in England have experienced discrimination.
