Fauci invoked the Fifth Amendment 111 times before the Senate Homeland Security Committee on July 29, declining to answer Sen. Rand Paul’s questions about COVID-19, gain of function research, and Fauci’s diary entries about the pandemic’s origins. Within hours of Fauci’s (lack of) testimony, Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier announced a state investigation – and soon more states may launch investigations of their own.
Michael Gates, candidate for California Attorney General, joins to discuss whether a state AG could pursue Fauci, and the medical watchdog organization calling on the American Medical Association to “explicitly condemn transgender genital surgeries on minors.”
