Leadership doesn’t come naturally, and those who rise to the occasion often have a story to tell. In this week’s episode, Brad Belzak – Chairman of the DC Government Homeland Security Commission (HSC), is joined by Dr. Denis Onieal, Former US Deputy Fire Administrator. 


Dr. Onieal recently served as a subject matter expert for the Homeland Security Commission’s 2020 Annual Report, which focused on mass care. In this episode, Dr. Onieal shares lessons learned on crisis leadership, battling disasters, and mass care.
