Steve Dabbs says a grieving woman was visited by something wearing her dead mother's face.
When she asked it about Jesus, he says the skin peeled away and a hideous creature began blaspheming Christ.
Dabbs says he spent 35 years in the military and retired as a senior chaplain. He now takes spiritual warfare cases from around the world, and he argues that practices many people consider harmless can invite something dangerous before they understand the risk.
His warning reaches from meditation, tarot, and psychedelics to occult practices passed through families, curses, and attempts to contact the dead.
The episode gets into one of the most controversial questions in demonology: where psychiatric illness ends and demonic possession begins. Dabbs describes voices medication did not stop, a psychiatrist who contacted him after a disturbing intake, and cases he believes changed after prayer. The conversation also confronts sleep paralysis, psychological explanations, and how anyone can tell the difference.
The conversation eventually becomes personal. Scott talks about losing his father, and the debate about demons gives way to grief, faith, and the kind of answer a chaplain offers when no explanation can make a loss easier.
