DAY FIVE!!!! Whoop Whoop!

This has been a really special adventure and I love what I'm hearing from you all about your experiences. I'm re-learning and learning so much about better, more transformational ways of listening as well, and am so very thankful to you all for this.

Today, we explore tools to help us practice listening well in any context. It's easy to listen well when conditions make it easy, it's much harder when emotions are high. So what does it take to listen well, no matter what?  How can we show up prepared to listen well? As you can guess, it takes practice, it takes getting out of our comfort zones, and we've got some little bits of insight to help.
