If The Roast of Kevin Hart was a dish it would be one of those "try meals" you make at 2am after a night of partying. It's passable in the moment, but the next day you realized how stale that bread was and the mystery sauce wasn't exactly safe. However, the ham, steak, and eggs still went hard . Now you're sitting with regrets on the choices because your beer gut ain't holding up like it did in the moment. That's the roast for a big number of people. There were ups, downs, and bigotry sprinkled throughout the show. We enjoyed some of this show. On the flip side, we couldn't shake the fact that Netflix may have ruined the tradition of the Roast.
