In our first podcast for the new year we are delighted to be joined by Michelle Bates. Michelle is a current Headteacher of a 2 Form Entry Primary School in North London. Michelle had some fantastic stories to tell us about her time growing up in South Africa to working as a newly qualified teacher to headteacher in just 11 years!
