Nicole and I speak into Identity, and how the attachment to our idea of 'self' can hold us back from experiencing true freedom and curiosity in our lives. When we can understand that the fabric of our reality is created by our perception; by our 'lenses' we can then choose to put on new lenses and change the way we experience our world around us.
Nicole vulnerably shares her story of self remembrance and talks into the struggles she had to move through before we she was able to full grasp what is now a global philosophy of the Love out Loud movement.
