Beauty industry legend Victor Casale was just 19 and in his first year at University of Toronto chemistry when his girlfriend's brother, Frank Toscan, asked him whether he knew how to make lipstick. He lied, said yes and figured it out—and became the science guy who cofounded the world's most successful cosmetics company, M.A.C. Casale also recounts the behind-the-scenes origin story of his other big brand, CoverFX—and tells Sandy and Chan all about his next thing—due out in the fall of 2020.
