Talking Adamant, Ai and Actionless Action - Letter A Abounds

The first thing we say as the episode opens is that we love Letter Episodes; exploring ideas and not really sure where the conversation is going to go. The 3 of us talk, laugh and learn. 

The conversation travels all over the place. Let's start with a term used often in America in the dojo - oos (This spelling is a nod to Master Kelljchian. It's commonly spelled osu). Back in 2019, we did a 5 minute short on the word osu and you can listen to it here:
