This podcast discusses the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Outpatient Prospective Payment System (OPPS) proposed rule, with a focus on its cuts to the 340B Drug Pricing Program. We discuss CMS’s proposed cuts to 340B reimbursement and proposed changes to recoupment of 340B overpayments from 2018 – 2022, as well as how these changes interact with other challenges to the 340B program.
