Amanda Fornal is an explorer, technology consultant, executive coach, photographer, diver, and startup advisor with more than 25 years of experience in business and innovation. She has traveled to more than 100 countries and all continents, combining exploration, storytelling, and entrepreneurship in her work. Amanda is the founder of Founder Buddies and Women in Exploration, a Fellow of The Explorers Club, and a Director at Founder Institute Germany.
She is also the creator of the Investing in Kindness research initiative, which explores the relationship between kindness, leadership, and long-term success through interviews across industries and cultures. Her work focuses on curiosity, human connection, technology, and meaningful impact
