This week Jenny Janiki returns to the podcast after many years and her spiritual journey began 16 years ago in India, when she met her Yoga teacher. This marked the beginning of a lifelong inquiry into her true nature and being. She has been studying traditional Vedanta for over a decade and naturally weaves these teachings into all of her sharings.
In her teaching, Jenny guides with softness and compassion, creating space for each person’s uniqueness and individual process to unfold naturally. Her background includes Hatha Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Yoga Nidra, Womb Yoga, Cranio Sacral Therapy, and Vedanta. She also works with Womb Awakening and Feminine Embodiment practices for women.
