Today we hear another conversation from Cortez Island in British Columbia. Rick Bockner shares the story of how friends and community came together around the death of his daughter, Rose. Rose had struggled with her mental health for years and subsequently died from a drug overdose. She was also a fierce advocate for her son with special needs. We hear how her friends, her parent's friends and the deathcare collective came together to bring her body home and give her the natural burial she would have wished for.
