Today we are in Stockholm, talking with the leaders at Star for Life, a non-profit educational organization. We have Secretary-General Anki Elken and Jana Söderberg, who will present most of the information. However, we have some important additions of Ulrika Hjelm and Merry Stromberg. This is by far the longest podcast, but another phenomenal one focused on mental health. Let's develop a great mental awareness on how to input these practices in our schools.
