In this episode of Rooted in the Stars, I explore the themes of Venus cazimi and the Full Moon in Taurus through the story of Vasilisa and Baba Yaga. A young woman enters the forest carrying a small inheritance from her mother and encounters a witch whose fierce wisdom asks her to listen, discern, and trust herself.

As we reflect on what this Venus retrograde has unearthed, I invite you to consider your own hidden flame: the wisdom that has stayed alive through change, the teachings passed down by the women who shaped you, and the discoveries that may need time and privacy before they are ready to be shared.
In this episode, we explore:
● Venus cazimi, the Full Moon in Taurus, and reflection during Venus retrograde.
● Vasilisa and Baba Yaga as guides to intuition, courage, and the dark feminine.
● The importance of discernment: what to ask, what to share, and what to keep sacred.
● Candlelight and reflective practices for tending your inner flame.
● Covering yourself with dark feminine talismans
● Making a rose honey elixir as a companion to these explorations.
Not every mystery needs to be explained. Some things ask us to stay close, listen carefully, and let understanding unfold. I hope you find this weekend's episode both supportive and quietly enticing!
