Goodbye to Star Wars Insider | 10 Years of Rogue One | 30 Years of Shadows of the Empire

After more than 200 issues, Star Wars Insider will end its current run in 2026.

The official Star Wars magazine first launched under the Insider moniker in 1994, part of an evolution that began with the Lucasfilm Fan Club Magazine. This week we take a quiet dive into some of the highlights of the final two Star Wars Insider magazines. In issue 236 we explore 10 years of Rogue One.  In issue 237 we take a trip down memory lane with Shadows of the Empire turning 30 years old, explore kind comments from Star Wars writers and Lucasfilm employees regarding Insider. And more! This episode is dedicated to YOU Star Wars Insider. Thank you for all the years of service to our mailboxes and news stands. It's been a treat each time I've been given or bought one.
