The southern Japanese island of Kyushu is dealing with the aftermath of a 6.8-magnitude earthquake that struck on Tuesday, killing at least 13 people and injuring dozens more. Several aftershocks were reported following the initial quake. His Excellency Noriyuki Shikata, the Ambassador of Japan to Malaysia, talks about the ongoing search and rescue efforts.
