This is a 9,000 word E-Book about my personal journey in breaking free of a Toxic Family Dynamic, reclaiming my power and healing my soul. I share in-depth, the experience of being the black sheep and outsider in my family, a certain knowing that I was born into the family to be an "oppositional force" of contrast in order to learn certain lessons. My hope is that this book will assist those who are struggling in Narcissistic Family Dynamics where they were suppressed or devalued. I detail the steps I took, and the adversity I overcame in childhood, adolescence and adulthood to break these "Generational Curses" and become a strong and independent individual capable of expressing my emotions confidently and my passion in life is to help others find their own voice and their own power.
